WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your purchase can be exchanged, within 10 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following requirements:
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The original hang tag is attached to the item.
- There are no visible signs of wear and tear.
- Your package will include an
order receipt, a return form and/or customs documents (if applicable),
pack and seal your return merchandise securely and send it back.
- All returns are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and
you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Goods returned does not limit
our rights to further credits in case the merchandise received has been
worn or is not in the original condition.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks from the
return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing
cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- For returns from International
and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped
date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your statement.
- Discounted and SALE items are FINAL SALE and don't apply for exchanges, cancellations, refunds, returns or credits.
- Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
